Hi
Is there a way to check the return value of a plugin. Clearly the following wont work:
{if {plugin parameter='hello'} == 'hello'} |

If you write you own pluginn you could implement an "assign=var" attribute which stores the result in a Smarty variable which then can be checked. Other way is to use the {capture} tags to grab the plugin output, assign it to a variable and use that inside the if.
See documentation for {capture} |
